Richard C. Oleson

Richard C. Oleson is a partner with the firm, is a 1975 graduate of Williams College and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School in 1978. He is a member of the Westchester County, New York State, American Bar Associations, Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Oleson was licensed to practice law in 1979 and is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in New York. His specialties include Municipal and School District Law, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Premise Liability, and Automobile Liability. Mr. Oleson has been awarded an AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review system.

Experience

Over the years he has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury matters and has appeared throughout the Courts of New York City, Ninth Judicial District and points North. In addition to speaking at seminars regarding School District Liability, he has also assisted in the publication of articles relating to Municipalities and School Districts.

Beyond his litigation duties, Mr. Oleson also oversees the firms Real Estate and Wills and Estate practice. He has personally handled both residential and commercial transfers of property and drafted numerous Will and Trust Agreements. Mr. Oleson maintains an AV rating with Martindale Hubbel publications.
