Partner William R. Watson successfully defended a neurosurgery practice from claims in which a plaintiff alleged that our client negligently performed a stereotactic brain biopsy, which resulted in a significant brain hemorrhage and resulting hemiplegia of the middle-aged plaintiff.  The Plaintiff's counsel had demanded $7.5 million dollars at trial, and the result was a defense verdict in our client's favor.
