The firm congratulates partner William R. Watson for successfully defending a wrongful death lawsuit for the alleged failure to treat cryptococcal pneumonia. Plaintiff alleged that the decedent suffered from three months of pain and suffering, multiple organ failure and eventual death, and demanded $3.9 million dollars at the time of trial.
