Charles G. Smith is an associate at the firm. Mr. Smith graduated from Tulane University Law School in May 2013, where he served as a managing editor on two law journals. In 2014, an analysis he wrote of New York State’s Medicaid system was published in the New York State Bar Association Journal.
Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts in History from New York University in 2006. In 2009, while working at the Council on Foreign Relations, he received a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security Studies from Georgetown University. He is a Member of the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut.
His practice areas include medical malpractice defense, municipal defense, and automobile defense.
