Katherine McGerald is an associate with the firm. Ms. McGerald graduated from the University of Connecticut (B.A. in History, cum laude) and Pace University School of Law (J.D., cum laude).

Ms. McGerald began her career as an assistant district attorney at the Manhattan DA’s Office, where she was in the sex crimes and domestic violence units. She has worked at large firms, handling insurance defense and malpractice cases from intake to verdict. Ms. McGerald brings years of courtroom experience, including Family Court and Criminal Court. She has been an attorney for more than 15 years and has handled hundreds of cases, providing legal services to clients.
